The key to home based business success is how well you can position yourself in your prospects eyes. If you are trying to market to people that want to start a home based business you need to be the expert at home based business. You are going to position yourself by determining that you will be a leader and that you will acquire the knowledge to lead those involved in the business. Make sure people looking to join the business know that you are invested in becoming an expert and helping them build their businesses. You should have a leader to work with and learn from in order to truly support those doing the business with you.
If you are just trying to sell a product or service make sure that you know about your product and that you are confident that your product is superior. Again positioning yourself as an expert and a leader will even help you sell a product or service. Those you share these product with want to know that the product is something they need and that your product can meet their needs.
