One of the fast growing industries during hard economic times is the field of home based businesses. Stay at home Mom's are trying to make money just in case. Those with jobs are trying to cover their backs just in case they lose their jobs. The time to take action with a home based business in now. There are many companies that can set you on the path to financial independence. Financial Independence becomes a buzz word at times like this because many of us are in jobs that depend on industries that lose their viability to hard economic times. For example, over 70% of real estate agents haven't sold one home this year. Wow, they thought they got into an industry that would lead them to the golden egg, but the industry went belly up and now they are looking for work. You as a leader have to start positioning yourself to benefit from what is going on in the American Economy. 533,000 people lost their jobs in November, in this group there are very qualified people that could be leaders in your business.
