One of the first experiences our team had with a home based business was with a team called the system. The system was a really amazing group of people that had created a way that they did business and everyone that joined them was asked to business that specific way. Within that there was an inspirational leader that set the example and was the hero of the group. He established the systems and made changes to the system to help his team grow. He was a great leader because he was able to follow a well defined path to success and then to help others learn the system in order to succeed. I write this because over the past few months I have realized that people are just waiting to be told what to do. Individuals are scared to act because they don't know what is ahead. A leader will grab them by the hand and show them how to behave in order to build their home based business.
We have talked a lot about mind set and how important mind set is to creating success. Often times a leader can determine the mind set of his team by what he is teaching them. As a leader make sure you know what to teach your team and how to teach them.
