I have to rant today. I am so sick and tired of watching and hearing about people getting scammed. Network Marketing is the most powerful business in the world, but in the hands of the wrong men is a horrible tool of destruction. I have seen so many parrallels between the economy and its collapse and what happens in the Network Marketing World. The recent economy has been built on nothing tangable. Real Estate became so leveraged that it became virtually worth nothing by the time everyone tried to collect. Network Marketing in the wrong hands gets leveraged to the maximum. Leaders promise people untold riches and product that cure anything from cancer to the bubonic plague. They build their companies and businesses on false principles and when people start to realize the products aren't what they say and it is very difficult to make any money at all they start to run. Problem is the so called leaders have pocketed that money and are looking for the next person to suck dry.
Orovo isn't this kind of company. Orovo is build on real product at the right price. Listen to me one more time Orovo actually gives their customers the best products possible at prices they can afford. Forget the business. Anyone that buys the Orovo products is going to be rewarded with better health or skin or a better fitness level. What is even more amazing than that is you can actually make your money you invested in the great products faster than in any other business out there. Listen this is the first company I have come across in the Network Marketing industry that is real. I am sick and tired of people being scammed because really on the top fifteen percent of people matter at least that is what leaders are telling people in this industry. I disagree! Everyone deserves a equal opportunity to succeed and deserves to have someone nurture them as they build there home business. Stop listening to the lies and start buying product that are real and things that last.

Healthy Eating (Carbs, Fats, and Protein)
Let's talk about the three sources of energy for our body Carbs, Fats, and Protein. Each energy source performs a different function in our body if taken in the right amount. Too much of any energy source is turned into fat. Carbs are used to provide immediate energy and is what fat is broken down too provide the necessary energy for our muscles and organs to function. Fat is either converted to energy that can be burned or stored to protect vital organs and protect us from starvation. Protein is the building blocks of all cell function, muscle development, and pretty much everything else.

Stop Dieting! Don't You Get It!
It is time to get healthy and start accomplishing your fitness goals. Weight loss starts with a healthy diet. We discussed the importance of eating 5-6 meals yesterday. It now time to talk about what needs to be in those meals. When you are trying to lose weight it is important to limit your caloric intake and make sure when you are taking in calories they help you accomplish the goal of maintaining lean muscle mass and decreasing body fat.
I want to emphasize one point really clearly before we go on. When you take in to many calories in one meal your body will store the excess as fat. You have two to three hours where your body uses the calories that you eat and then it is ready for more food to process or has stored the excess that you eat depending on the amount you eat. Stocking the fires every two to three hours keeps your metabolism running high all day long.
Alright now what to eat and when. We will expand on this in the coming days, but the basic is to eat a balanced diet of carbs, protein, and fat for breakfast. For lunch do the same. Dinner you are going to only eat veggies, protein, and fat. As the day goes along you are going to decrease the amount of carbs you take in. Carbs are generally unsatisfying and are quickly burned or stored. Morning is a great time to eat them because you are generally active and need the energy to get the day started. Snacks which should be eaten two to three times a day should be fruit eaten all by itself in the morning. Snacks in the afternoon and evening should consist of primarily protein and fat.

Stop Dieting and Start Eating Right!!!
We established yesterday that if you are going to lose weight and maintain that weight loss you need to eat right. Eating right mean that in order to lose weight you need to eat less calories than you burn everyday. For example, if you want to lose 1 LBS. of fat you need to burn 3500 calories more than you take in. So, if you burn 2500 calories and you take 2000 calories you will be in a 500 calorie deficit. If you do that for seven days that would equal 3500 calories or 1 LBS. of fat lost. Keys to eating right so that you can decrease your caloric intake, but maintain your health. The first thing to do is to eat more often. 5-6 meals a day will help provide the necessary energy your body needs and make it available in its simpliest form. For most people that means eating 300-500 calories in each of these meals. Because you are eating through out the day you are less hungry and more unlikely to binge. Binging is a big deal when you are talking about weight loss because no matter how long you have gone without food what can't be used immediately is stored as fat. And only so much can be used in a given time period. So even if you don't eat all day, but decide to eat 2000 calories at one meal the excess 1500 calories will be stored as fat. The problem with that is that fat is the hardest for your body to process. The key is eat regularly and make sure you don't eat to many calories.
